Participates in the development and execution of an overall Operations strategy that meets the company’s objectives and under the Area's Operations Strategy.
Co-ordinates the preparation of the annual Operations Budget Plan and assists in identifying opportunities to reduce costs and optimize assets within this process.
Advises and provides analytical support to the operations team on ongoing performance against plans and assist in the preparation of budget reviews and Capex forecasting.
Ensure effective management of the capital expenditure process to facilitate accurate forecasting, (including business cases and financial appraisals) execution and post-implementation reviews.
Administrates the factory expenses to optimize the manufacturing cost, driving savings, and projects towards implementation and sustainability.
Persuades convinces influences and motivates direct reports and others to take a specific course of action which positively supports the overall business strategy, vision, and culture.
Provides financial management decision-making information to effectively guide management actions and results.
